Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations require a 24-hour notice.
- There will be a $35 charge due prior to treatment if cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.
- Missed appointment without notifying staff will result in full charge of missed appointment. Amount due prior to treatment.
- We understand that illnesses happen. If ill, please reach out to staff at least 2 hours in advance or a fee will be charged. (Our therapists often travel in excess of 1 hour).
