Yes, as long as they do not require specialized billing formats or documentation/letters of treatment.
Please reschedule if you have a new onset of illness.
We do not treat the following conditions and recommend having a conversation with us before treatment:
- Fever: We generally do not treat when you have a fever due to the possibility of increasing your temperature.
- Infection: If you have a known infection, please inform your therapist. Treatment may vary depending on the type of infection and its duration.
- Wounds: We do not treat directly over wounds directly; however, we may be able to provide treatment away from the area to promote healing. This will need to be assessed by your therapist.
- Vaccinations: We do not recommend treatment immediately after receiving a vaccination, as this can increase side effects. Please wait 2 weeks post-vaccination before scheduling a visit.
Please bring undergarments or loose-fitting athletic shorts to wear during your appointment.
To ensure effective treatment, we need to see as much of your body as possible. Therefore, we do not use sheets to drape during sessions. While we respect your comfort level, wearing tank tops can hinder your treatment, as it may block important visual assessments of your skin.
Additionally, excess clothing can complicate our techniques.
Important: Please refrain from using lotions, topical ointments, makeup, or oils before your appointment, as these can impede our therapists’ ability to perform their holds effectively.
- All cancellations require 24 hours’ notice.
- A $35 fee will be charged before your next treatment for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
- Missed appointments without notification must be paid in full before your next treatment.
- We understand that illnesses happen. If you are feeling unwell, please contact our staff more than 2 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. (Please note that our therapists often travel over an hour for appointments).
We thank you for your understanding and we hope to see you soon!
