Restore Balance

Targeted Therapy for Acute and Chronic Pain
If you’re living with pain—whether it’s sudden and sharp or something that lingers day after day—you’re not alone. Our pain therapy services are here to help you feel better, move easier, and get back to doing what you love.
Chronic Pain Relief
Our certified specialists use gentle, hands-on techniques to apply targeted pressure to muscles and fascia, helping to release painful trigger points and ease tension. We also teach supportive strategies like proper breathing, posture, and body mechanics to encourage lasting relief—especially for chronic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia, lower back pain, arthritis, tension headaches, and pain from past injuries.

Acute Pain Relief
Acute pain can come on suddenly—like after twisting an ankle, overdoing it at the gym, or lifting something the wrong way—and often feels sharp and intense. It might also follow a surgery or muscle strain. While your body heals, myofascial release offers a gentle, drug-free, and non-invasive way to ease discomfort and support a quicker recovery.
Athletic Injury Prevention
Myofascial release helps maintain muscle flexibility and supports an active lifestyle by improving range of motion and reducing the risk of injuries like tennis elbow, runner’s knee, or sprained ankles. By relieving muscle tension and promoting better mobility, it helps prevent strains and keeps you performing at your best.

How to Prepare

The therapist needs to be able to see your body during treatment, so please follow these guidelines:
Women
Please wear under garments or tank and loose fitting athletic shorts.
Men
Please wear undergarments or loose fitting athletic shorts.
No lotions, topical ointments, or oils on areas of treatment. Lotions and make-up provide too much slip, preventing the therapist’s hands from performing the holds properly.
