A Gentle Way to Restore Balance
From infants to age 12, even little ones can benefit from myofascial therapy in Janesville. Our expert therapists provide gentle, hands-on stretching to alleviate fascial tightness; we also help parents understand how fascial health impacts muscle, bone, and organ health and development.
Birthing Trauma
The rigors of labor and delivery may cause temporary injuries to tiny organs, muscles, and bones. Gentle myofascial therapy restores balance and helps newborn and infant bodies adjust and grow in their new world.
Digestive Issues
Fascial tightness and restriction in the digestive tract may cause discomfort, gassiness, acid reflux, and constipation. Soothing myofascial release of the diaphragm and abdomen often results in a reduction of these symptoms.
Growth and Movement
Tight fascia may restrict movement and influence posture. With a gentle touch and in a calming environment, our therapists release fascial tightness to increase mobility and ensure better posture.
Other Concerns
Myofascial release also helps to improve other health and wellness concerns such as sleep difficulties, falls or accidents, poor posture due to too much screen time, or sports injuries.

How to Prepare
The therapist needs to be able to see your body during treatment, so please follow these guidelines:
Women
Please wear under garments or tank and loose fitting athletic shorts.
Men
Please wear undergarments or loose fitting athletic shorts.
No lotions, topical ointments, or oils on areas of treatment. Lotions and make-up provide too much slip, preventing the therapist’s hands from performing the holds properly.
